Build and run the pre-litigation practice: everything between a signed client and a resolved case.

This is not a conventional pre-lit desk, as we intend to use technology to streamline much of the work you have always thought deserved to be automated. We have the technology and team to support you in building the practice you dreamt of.

Commercially, we can provide more cases than you and the team will be able to ever take on, no matter how fast you help scale the pre-lit practice.

Who you are

• Admitted in New York and in good standing.

• 5 to 9 years in plaintiff personal injury

• You have personally negotiated a high volume of settlements with carriers.

• You have managed case managers or paralegals and carried a high-volume caseload at the same time

• You have built or materially improved a pre-lit workflow, not only worked inside one

• You are operationally minded and comfortable running a practice on data: aging reports, pipeline, cycle times

• You are open to AI and rigorous about it. You will check its work the way you would check a junior’s

• You can handle clients who are injured, anxious or frustrated, and build a team that does the same consistently

• You want to build a department, with the authority that comes with it, rather than inherit one

Compensation

• $150 - $200k base salary

• Additional bonuses tied to performance, client satisfaction, and settlement metrics
